Definition of Flow

James Williams is fitting in quite nicely with my personal Revolutionary Guard (you can also call it a flow program). Two things stand out from skating with him yesterday: First anytime a teenager can take time out his skating to give an old Hesh dog pointers on his flip tricks, that's some major props. Second he did this Noseblunt on demand. It's been fun skating with you this week homey, keep it up!
